CHR meeting in the Netherlands (region Kampen/Zwolle)

Members of CHR visited the 'Room for the River' project bureau and the by-pass in the field. In the afternoon, a local flood barrier in Kampen was set up and forced some locals to take another route to reach home, but after about half an hour, no obstacles were left in the city.
